Our team is a dynamic blend of experienced military veterans and seasoned corporate leaders, each carrying a wealth of practical wisdom and unique insights. Together, we've weathered storms, led transformations, and climbed peaks—and we're passionate about helping you do the same.

Our leadership teachings are grounded in real-world successes, and more importantly failures. These hard-learned lessons are amplified by extensive academic research. We approach this from no moral high ground, our aim is simply to equip individuals with lessons learned from our own missteps and educate audiences on subjects often obscured or glossed over by societal conventions.

Leadership can come in many forms, from traditional hierarchies in established structures to forward-thinking and out of the box approaches.

   What do I need for the online courses?


All you will need to access our courses is a computer. All recorded content, group sessions and one on one coaching will be delivered online. You will be provided with links, passwords and user access to the relevant platforms as a part of your program.


How much time will I need to invest?


Our courses are self-paced but we recommend you invest as much time as possible to gain the greatest impact.


  How long will I have access to my courses?


Indefinitely!

Once you have been signed up, you will have access to the course logins indefinitely from your sign-up date. Because the course is self-paced, this access method allows ample time for you to complete it.


   Can I share what I learn with my team?


You are welcome to share your learnings and print outs with your team, in fact, we encourage it!


   How are the courses delivered?


Learn in the way that best suits your style. As the content is delivered through recorded video, written articles, short quizzes, and interactive activities, you can complete each of the core competencies in your own time.
