Activities

Participants split into small groups and commit to five ‘survivor’ themed activities designed to test their leadership, critical thinking, team building, and resilience. 

  • Adrenaline: Conduct a gel-blaster training serial with the accompanying scenario.
  • Crossing:  Simulated river crossing with equipment to build a simple machine on the opposite side.
  • Construction:  Build a predesigned formation with multiple complicating factors.
  • Problem: Solve an organisationally relevant issue, creating a sequenced and prioritized plan.
  • Memory: Find items located in an area and investigate the scenario.
