Over the course of eight weeks, this leadership development program covers how to master conflict resolution and maintain professional boundaries while handling challenging behaviors assertively. You'll develop strategies for a high-performance team culture and foster an environment conducive to growth and adaptation.

Personal Development & Leadership Program

As you work through the self-paced, online modules, we’ll apply the theory you learn to your specific situation during the fortnightly group workshops.

This leadership development program is NOT for you if:

  • You would rather follow the easy path than make the effort required to level-up
  • You have no interest in learning because there is nothing more for you to learn
  • You blame others for your circumstances despite the situation
  • You are unable to leave your ego at the door
  • You are unwilling to invest in your future

This program is conducted over eight weeks and includes four online group workshops. This allows you to discuss your individual challenges and successes with the group in relation to each module.

Upgrade your experience and add one-to-one coaching sessions to the Essentials package to fully optimize and fast-track your learning. As the Essentials package already contains fortnightly group workshops, you’ll be able to double your theory application sessions with the additional coaching.

All you will need to access this course is a computer. All recorded content, group sessions and one on one coaching will be delivered online. You will be provided with links, passwords and user access to the relevant platforms as a part of your program.


   How much time will I have to invest?


The course is self-paced but we recommend you invest a minimum of 10-12 hours to gain the greatest impact.


   How long will I have access to the course materials?


Indefinitely!

Once you have been signed up, you will have access to the course logins indefinitely from your sign-up date. Because the course is self-paced, this access method allows ample time for you to complete it.


   Can I share access with my team?


You are welcome to share your learnings and print outs with your team, in fact, we encourage it!
